I have a 2002 Pontiac Grand AM for about 4 days now the car has been running hot. When it gets too hot the car dies and I have to jump the battery. Could this be more then a simple thermostat problem?
It could be a number of things. I’ll let the experts here give you a list.
However, I need to point out that if you’ve overheated the engine to the point where it died, especially more than once, then you’ve probably done some serious damage to the engine.
