I’ve got a little 2002 Accent and a big problem with the transmission not engaging from Park into any forward gears. I’d hoped it was a broken cable or a loose linkage, but those connections seem to operate normally. The gearshift lever feels normal, the fluid is fresh and clean, there’s no check engine lights, and no previous symptoms to report.
Can anyone point out something I may have missed?
