Does anyone out there know how to re-program the security sytem for my 1999 Chevy Blazer?
I know how to do it with the Tech2 (Dealer Scanner) Maybe alternate procedure in owners manual.

There are many internet entries on disabling or bypassing PassLock II. Do a Google search on Passlock II and select the site of current interest to you.
Er, if it was easy or anyone could do it, that would kinda defeat the purpose of it dontchathink?
The owner’s manual should read, “Take it to a qualified repair center for reprogramming”. This is where they verify you are the legal owner of the vehicle before they reprogram any security system…
