I have a "93 del sol and the targa top ratlles…especially in warmer weather. I am wondering if anyone has had success in calming the beast. I am wondering if the liquid insulation that is shot into walls and expands could be used. I am so tempted to buy a targa off ebay and try it!!

Your specific complaint–as well as some other problems that were unique to the Del Sol–led to Honda’s decision to discontinue that model after a relatively short run.
It may be possible for you to resolve this issue, but apparently Honda’s engineers were not able to do so.
click on ‘information’…‘how to’…number 33…tighten the targa top to stop rattling.
