2016 focus with rattle in front end. dealership has replaced strut mounts and bearings, digital steering column, sway bar end links. noise still there and im being told now by dealership its a normal noise
Clearly THAT is wrong! Stand your ground, INSIST that Ford fix the problem or buy it back from you. They’ve already admitted this is a problem because they have tried to fix it!
This is clearly a Lemon Law issue. Research the lemon laws in your state. Get the Ford zone rep involved. Look into hiring a lawyer that specializes in these things.
