If they were going to fake dual axles, they should have not overlapped the wheels.
It is an image glitch from spicing pictures. I have seen tandem axles on cars and a Nissan pick-up with a 10-foot cargo box on google.

Regarding the occasional glitches in Street View – It’s like the dog who can bark the Star Spangled Banner. The surprising thing is not that he does it well, but that he does it at all. (I heard that one so long ago that I can be forgiven for forgetting the source.)
Remarkable that they can store billions of images for free access, it doesn’t take long to find something unusual.
