There is also definitely a difference in the quality of them. The little $20 ones only come in clear for me if you hold them in a certain spot in the car, whereas my Sirius receiver’s built-in FM modulator is powerful enough that I can leave it on in my car and listen to it on my home stereo about 30 feet away.
I think the actual Apple brand iTrips are pretty good.
Once I looked at a TV at B*** B** and the guy proudly told me that it had a digital filter, but that, because that filter was so good, I should buy the service agreement so that the tech could come out to my house once a year to clean it out! After I got back up off the floor, I looked him in the eye and told him I wouldn’t be needing that cleaning because I never watched dirty movies. Then I left.
they do have air filters, new DLPS, he phrased it improperly.
