I have a 2001 Nissan Quest that vibrates starting at about 60 mph. I have balanced the wheels more than once. I have had repairs to the suspension. Now I notice that it vibrates only when accelerating or going up hill - not when the foot is off the gas pedal. What repairs should I accept or reject? Thanks
Top of my head, vibration during acceleration could be a worn CV axle. Might also be some unusual wear on your tires.
If you had your wheels balanced at the same place every time, maybe they did it wrong or have a poorly calibrated machine.
Are you noticing any unusual noised during the vibrations?
I agree with metalhead.
If the vibration is taking place only on acceleration, the first thing I would look at would be CV joints.
