I have a 2002 mercedes my power steering is not working due to a leak. If I drive it until I can get it fixed about a week will this hurt my car
Depends on where it’s leaking. If the high pressure hose is spewing fluid onto a hot exhaust, you could have a fire. If it gets too low on fluid, you could ruin the pump, if you haven’t already. I fit’s in the rack, and it’s not working at all, you run the risk of having an accident if you need to swerve suddenly.
