Power steering noise

I have a 2001 Olds aurora with 42000 miles.

It has light growling noise when I make a slight turn to the right. I have have had the car to the dealership a number of times. First they replaced the intermediate sterring column. The next 2 times they relpaced the rack and pinion and tie rod end. The noise is still present. Do you have any idea what this could be.

Thanks for your help

Joe

papa joe,

The noise must be definitely coming from the front, correct?

Can you make the noise with the car stopped by turning the wheel?

Have you noticed if it does it more when you first start driving or after driving for a while?

Does applying/not applying the brakes influence the noise?

Did they check the wheel bearings and power steering pump?

Please give more information and someone will try to help.
