Plymouth Voyager 95 Electrical

I have A 95 Plymouth Voyager. I was working on the dome lamp when it shorted out on a screw driver. The problem now is that the dome lamps do not come on anymore, the check gauges light comes on as well and the voltage gauge does not seem to be registering. I have checked the fuses under the dash and under the hood as well, they are all fine. I am stumped as to what it is. The van runs fine, the outside lights work fine turn signals, brake, and headlights.
