Car for sale. Before and after. Why?

If that’s a paint job, it’s awful and has devalued the car substantially. I don’t mean the color, but the poor paint job. It looks like it needs at least one more coat. If it’s a wrap, it’s substandard too.

@Cavell I fail to see the purpose of this thread . Maybe the kid ( most likely a young girl ) wanted that done and the parents went along with it . If it is even the same vehicle.

Without context, we have no idea regarding the “facts” in this situation.
About 20 years ago, our teenage daughter asked if she could decorate the family minivan with lots of bright colored (washable) paint. And then decorate it with crepe paper, balloons, etc. It was for some senior high school end-of-year activity.
I only had to think about it for a split second before telling her yes.
I really hope that 2nd picture with the pink “paint job” is photoshopped . . . because if it’s real, someone ruined their perfectly fine-looking Equinox, imo
