@bing My Dad had these strap on chains which he used on his 1939 Chevrolet and 1947 Dodge. Both cars had 6.00 X 16 tires. I think these chains were called “emergency strap-on lugs”.
I had a set of rear chains for an F-150 I owned decades ago. Used them twice back in the 70’s. 99.99999% of us will never ever need them. Nice to know there are options for those of you that do.
