OK to bypass a catalytic converter in Minnesota?

can you legaly bypass a cat[lytic converter in mn

No, if it’s less than 25 years old I think. Why would you? You can get one replaced pretty cheap at a muffler shop.

No. It is not legal to remove a catalyst from a car originally equipped with one. If you have emissions testing you’ll fail.

And if your car has an oxygen sensor you’ll mess up the engine operation.

Make/model/year/miles?

No but its a federal thing not state.

It can be a state thing too.
