You can get basic code readers for free with $15 Bluetooth dongles that work on your phone with some scanning capability or use it as an extra dashboard with mileage computer for $5 extra.

Depending on what car or cars you want to use it on and what you want and need to do, there are better or worse phone app versions…

We’ve debated this almost as much as oil here. Where have you been??
