I pulled these codes off my 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid and it all seems to point to the BCM and I don’t know what the 72E refers to. The car is showing a static check engine light and wont let me start it, with a " stop safely" error message. The car is still getting power but the engine wont turn. Anywhere I can start before having it towed to a shop? Thank you!

Good idea above to check the 12 volt battery. In addition, blown fuse(s) could prevent electrical power from getting from a good battery to one or more of the electronic modules. Have all the main power fuses been checked?
Given the fuel pump problem, it is not surprising the engine won’t crank and run.
I expect that is just the computer’s numeric ID for the BCM.
Did anything unusual occur just before noticing these symptoms? Like getting or giving a jump start?
Thanks for the responses. The battery was measuring 11.4v, so I replaced it and it’s 12.2 but didn’t relieve the problem. Fuses all appears to be good. Nothing unusual happened that led to this, my wife just started it up and got the “Stop Safely” error and it died.
I ran another OBD after swapping the batteries and now there are additional errors. Looks like I just need to have it towed to the dealer, especially since I am moving next week and can’t pay much attention to it. Thanks again for the help!

That voltage is too low for a new battery. Should be closer to 12.6 volt. Something remains amiss w/battery or charging system. What voltage does battery measure when engine is warm & idling?
12.6 volts with no load, but with the battery installed and the trunk open 12.2 volts is reasonable. There is sufficient power to operate the computers.
If the engine was operating, he wouldn’t be working on the car. The auxiliary battery is charged by the inverter, the engine doesn’t need to be idling.
