2017 Ford Fusion - Electrical issue?

Climate Control and power windows randomly stop working. Disconnecting Battery for about 30 to 45 minutes has reseted problem for past couple of years but is no longer working. Updating softwre hasn’t helped either.

There may be a problem with the BCM

Tester

first thing I tell anyone that asks about weird electrical issues on a car: check the battery.
Make sure the battery is good and the connections are tight and clean.
If disconnecting and reconnecting has helped in the past, it may not be a reset as much as a reconnection to the power source.

OP, does your car have a built-in volt meter on the dash? If so, might be a good idea to keep an eye on what it is reading. Should always read in the 13-15 volt range when engine running. If it dips below that range, make a note of the driving situation that was occurring, and report that info to your mechanic. If your car doesn’t have a volt meter, ask your shop if they can temporarily install a shop volt meter.
