I grew up in a railroad town and you learned respect for trains fairly quickly. Locals should know to approach slowly and be prepared to stop. I do wonder what kind of “train” that is, I didn’t see any rails on my phone.
in the video you can see the rails from the shot from up above. but I dont see any warning that the train is coming. pretty crazy.

I couldn’t get any sound so don’t know was there any bells or whistles?

Same footage for the most part but with a view of the warning signs as you approach the tracks. The crossing may not be used any more since the area was redeveloped but unless you’re planning a trip to Baku Azerbaijan,you’re going to have to rely on google earth.
