Anti-theft? It seems pretty unlikely someone is going to steal a tank, but I guess anything is possible these days.

the owner did not want anyone to take it for a joy ride.
I think texases is right. look at the height of the tank compared to the height of the car in front.

There are no track marks behind the tank and no cracks radiating from the sidewalk.

The T-34 is 7’ 10" tall - that could be about right, compared to the nearby roof.
The tracks may be rubber.
That’s the biggest tire boot I’ve ever seen. Funny how it’s perfectly scaled up vs an auto version.
