I think I have found my answer and it doesn’t look like the OEM fitting. Looks like the two best answers are from Evil Energy.
This one appears to be the best. No special tools needed, just the right size wrench
This one is a push on but how it is disconnected is not clear, but it is for frequent repeated use. I don’t know if it takes a special tool or you just squeeze the blue piece.
I don’t like that they require AN fittings to be used on the fuel line, but then the fuel line they are designed for is PTFE lined, steel and nylon braided synthetic rubber.
While this stuff looks expensive, it is actually cheaper than the stuff at the local Auto Parts store. Just plain fuel line (EFI rated) runs about $13/ft without any fittings.
