I was on the interstate using my cruise control when I entered a construction zone. I switched off the cruise and the car started lunging in short rapid jerks. The “service engine soon” light came on and blinked. This continued for the 25 miles it took to get home. I took it to my mechanic, he drove it ~10 miles, and called to say he could not find anything wrong with it! Advice?
