Need Second Opinion About Plug Replacement

I have a 1982 Ford Grenada with a 3.8L V6. My auto parts dealer did not have the exact make & model spark plug for the car (Motorcraft AGSP 52). His cross reference database said that the Autolite 3926 is a suitable replacement. I would like a second opinion from anyone before I install them.

If that Autolite number crosses over to the Motorcraft number they will be fine.
An NGK, Bosch, etc. number that crosses will also be fine.

yes, Autolite 3926 is a direct cross. This is still just a copper tipped plug and for longer life between tune ups you can select a platinum equivilant.

Thank you very much.
