I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and it has about 170,000ish miles I have had it for 1 year and it has been great, with 1 exception. I will be driving it and it will like bog down and die intially it will start back up and go then eventially it will bog down and not go unless it sits for a couple days I have taken it to 3 repair shops that can not diagnose any problem? WTF? We have replace the fuel sensor and relay. Can anyone please help me?
Unless you want to drive around with a fuel pressure gauge taped to your windshield, you’re just going to have to find a shop that has the time and the patience to catch this thing acting up, and then troubleshoot it. Common possibilities are fuel pump, fuel filter, crank position sensor, and on Jeeps sometimes excessive play in the distributor drive.
Thats not what I wanted to hear but thank you for your time =)
