Hello! Sometimes our little rv gets stuck in park. We rock it back and forth, move the wheel all around,.check fuses and fluids, and sometimes after 20-90 minutes it will shift again. Also our speedometer and odometer don’t work, not sure if theyre related !!! Thanks
The brake light switch sends voltage to the brake lights & to the shift lock solenoid. When it wont come out of park see if the brake lights are working.
If the speedometer & the cruise control are BOTH not working the most likely culprit is bad vehicle speed sensor/VSS. Connect a scanner & see if you get a trouble code for a defective VSS
