I have a 1999 Town and Country mini-van. A problem has arisen. We go to start the van and the key will not turn in the ignition. The steering wheel is locked so you can’t turn it to assist in starting. We end up turning and turning the key and then, finally it turns over, sometimes taking up to 10 minutes. Any ideas?
I just had the exact same problem with my Chrysler Voyager. I posted a thread, too. They said the same thing I’ve already read about turning the wheel, but mine is locked like yours. I ALREADY know to turn the wheel. I’ll be keeping up with yours to see if you get any replies.
