My headlights on my 2003 Jeep Liberty Renagade Flicker

I am need of some help location a part for my jeep. I believe this to be my multi function switch but am not for sure. Spoke with the dealership and this was their suggestion too however they do not have the part. It is on back order and I have checked online and local parts and salvage yards and the are all out of stock too! I am really needing to get my hands on this part because it is dangerous driving and have your lights shut off…Please if anyone can offer me any suggestion I would appreciate anything at this point.
