I cannot check transmission fluid quantity or quality.
What is one to do?

The vehicle has a sealed transmission. Which means as a vehicle owner you’re not able to service the fluid or the filter.
If you want the transmission fluid serviced, take it to someone with a tranny fluid exchange machine.
