My car screeches over 65mph or in the wind

My 2001 Corolla makes a loud screech if the speed is over 65 or it’s windy at slower speeds. It doesn’t happen when it rains or is below freezing. I changed the wiper blades and tires - still screeches. It doesn’t effect steering or breaking.

What do we look at next?

Where is the screech coming from? Front, rear, left, right? You haven’t really given us much to go on.

Has the accessory drive belt, or belts, ever been replaced? I’m talking about the belts you see if you open the hood and look at the engine.

Is this a mechanical screech or a wind screech?

I think the noise is coming from the right front area. I don’t know if the belts have been changed. It sounds like wind to me.
