Mouse invasion of a Tundra truck

What suggestions do you have for ridding a truck of mouse set-in wastes and their attendant smells? Mama Mouse set up a nest in the glove compartment but branched out elsewhere. The truck has to be used during

harsh Cape Cod winters to navigate a steep hill.

First make sure all the little critters are out of the truck. Then you need to find their point of entry and seal that off. Seal off any other entry points you may find. I have found 1/4 galvanized steel mesh works good for things like fresh air intakes. Check for missing body/drainage plugs and replace where needed. Check with a pest control company about what you could maybe put inside the truck to deter the critters from entering in the first place.
