Misfires while decelerating- not coasting

Thanks George and Rod. I might also mention that early at about the time I used linkage and throttle plate spray cleaner it ran terribly at all speeds so it was no longer a discrete “deceleration” problem. I can’t imagine that the linkage cleaning had anything to do with that worsening of the situation but it inspired me to go look at the general tune-up type solutions, ie plugs, distributor cap and rotor.
