Hi! I have a 2005 Mini Cooper S that I recently took to a Goodyear service station for an oil/filter change. About 2 weeks after the oil/filter change I started to notice that the oil light would come on as I would make sharp turns (such as at an intersection, etc.) but the light would immediately turn off once the turn was complete and the vehicle was on a straight course. This problem doesn’t surface when on curves, even if they are somewhat sharp. I’ve checked the oil levels and they seem to be fine. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Get this checked out ASAP. An oil light turning on if red means lack of oil pressure(bad) or a bad sensor(good).
