Yesterday night, my husband locked his keys in the car with the engine running. The Auto club came out and opened the door for him. He drove home about 60 miles and parked the car. This morning, I went to drive it and had no turn signals, no power to the heater/ac, no power to the radio and the check oil and brake light were on. I checked the oil since I noticed that first and it was fine, then the brakes to make sure they were off. It was after I was down the road a piece, I noticed the other issues. Any ideas?
Its sounds like some wiring in the door got mangled and shorted out causing a fuse to blow, as a result of the slimjim. Next time a better choice might be a locksmith.
