My 2005 Subaru Outback has a creaking and knocking noise when stopping and accelerating. I’ve replaced cv joints, tie rod ends, caliper, brake pads, control arms, sway bar links and sway bar bushings. The noise only comes from the passenger side and I have no idea what it could possibly be please help
Sounds like a motor mount to me, but that’s a shot in the dark. Watch the engine run while some one puts it in gear while the brakes a firmly set. Have them put it in forward gear, then neutral again, then reverse. An engine with a broken motor mount will jump around quite a bit.
