Saddle soap, warm water, and lots of elbow grease. Let dry, and treat with leather conditioner.
Are you saying that the leather is moldy? If so, you need to fix the leaks in the car. Even in a humid environment, the interior should not get moldy. If you keep the windows closed, you are not using a, shudder, car cover, and there are not leaks the relative humidity in there should be low.
