If you can remove the serpentine belt or at least loosen it…you should be able to spin each pulley by hand.
You should then either feel which pulley is rough feeling or wobbly. The only pulley that will not move by hand is the crankshaft…bottom center.
I would presume it is either the Tensioner pulley or the Idler pulley that is going south.
The tensioner is below and to the left of the AC pump and the Idler is just to the right of the tensioner.
