To the caller who is warping front brake rotors every 5,000 miles I suggest one use a torque wrench when installing the front lug nuts. Improperly torqued lug nuts can warp rotors.
Also question whether the vehicle is driven through water such as mud puddles or heavy rain? If the brake rotors are hot when water hits, they will warp.
