Jeep Cherokee belt noise

This noise is driving me nutz!!

Sounds like birds chirping or crickets.

I’ve cleaned the pulleys, changed serp belt to a gator back and changed the manual adjustable pulley and the belt is plenty tight.

Any ideas?
