Jackstand Placement on Toyota Highlander

I want to lift all four corners of my Highlander to do oil changes and tire rotation. I have four 6,000 lb jackstands and a hydraulic floor jack. Where should I place the jackstands?

I know the pinchweld jack points would be strong enough, but the jackstands don’t have a recessed notch to support above the weld and I don’t want to bend the seam. Are there frame members front and rear that would support the vehicle? Where do garages place their hydraulic lifts?

getting it onto 4 jack stands is tricky anyway, whatever you use, the wider the spacing, the better. I’d use suspension rather than frame, they take the load already

the info for the placement of jacks is in the manual or on the jack itself. you could span the seam with a piece of 2x4
