That was a hoot!, Buffalo gets the reputation, but Yoopers know what real winter is all about.

Ya dats always a hoot. For any of you young folks out there, that was a coal shovel not a snow shovel that he used. Back in the 30’s I was told it was used to shovel coal into the furnace. We usually use aluminum grain shovels now.

Ouch. Makes my knees hurt just looking at it. Where my wife came from in South Dakota, they didn’t allow school dances. I guess it was because they were afraid of knee injuries.
