Isuzu Rodeo Thermostat

My sister owns a 1991 Isuzu Rodeo. She is having a problem finding where the thermostat is located. Can you help her?

Find the upper radiator hose, and follow it from the radiator to where it enters the engine. There should be a metal housing attached to the engine here: the thermostat is in there.

Does It Have The 2.6L Four Cylinder Engine?

Once the air cleaner is removed, she’ll see where the thermostat housing is, at the end of the upper radiator hose, as Budd2049 suggested.

She has a 6 cylider.
