The remote starter will detract value since it’s aftermarket. Those things cause problems more often than not, unless you know that you have a really good installer.

Don’t buy it. A Honda that has been lowered and painted puke green was more then likely owned by someone young and stupid or just plain stupid which means that it was probably abused and/or not well maintained, Parts and repairs on it are not expensive, but it is old and 127,000 miles is getting up there.
