Turn off the alarm.
Take it to a car wash . . make certain that they use Holy Water to spray it down. Ghosts gone. Seriously . . . you should be able to track this event down by process of elimination . . . what preceded the beeping. Also, hook it up to a computer reader and look for codes which might explain it.
