Interference or Noninterference?

#1

Lookin’ at maybe getting a '93 Dodge Daytona w/ the 3.0 V6. From researching on the web, I’ve managed to ascertain that its got a timing belt -not chain- but I’ve found conflicting info on whether that particular engine is an interference/non-interference.

Can anybody clear that up for me??

Thanks.

Gates, A Leading Belt Manufacturer, Does Not List It As “Interference.”

Here Is A Link To Gates:

Click this and read “Got An Interference Engine? Find Out, Now.” Click it and follow the prompts. They make note of interference engines next to the timing belt parts info.
