Is there a way to clean a lower intake while it is attached to engine? The upper is off.
The only way I know of is to use this.
Of course, the engine has to be operational.

Is it safe to use something like throttle body cleaner on the upper while off the engine?
That’s what I would use.
Because it’s not known if the intake manifold has a special coating or not.
