Hi! Anybody know what the numbers at the bottom mean? My mechanic wrote "Tires 7 Front brakes 6 Rear Brakes 4…If not I’ll call him tommorrow…Thanks!
Uhh…I’ll guess that’s some sort of condition rating system, as in on a scale of 1 to 10. It could really be anything, so ask him.
Tires are measured in a 32nds scale. New tires are around 10 to 12/32nds of an inch of tread thickness.
You have 7/32nds remaining.
Brakes are measured in a 1 to 10 scale.
your fronts are 6 out of 10
your rear brakes are 4 out of 10
new brakes would be a 10 out of 10
