Sort of like the meme that 75% of drivers think they are above average drivers?

And their kids are all above average as Garison Keiler would say. One thing to consider though is can a state sustain itself if 1% of the population pays 40% of the expenses, particularly if the 1% starts to vote with their feet? Of course this is just the crux of the great divide.
