That’s a lot more detailed than the article I read. I felt good about having an EV with thermal management and an LFP battery. I feel eve better now. If I’m still driving when I need a new battery, I think I’ll go with a long range LFP or whatever next generation chemistry provides the best range, lifetime (one of my daughters will want it), and safe chemistry. I’m not planning on anything except a deep discharge and deep recharge. Apparently this is needed to recalibrate the range monitor, and it’s been a while since I did that.
