How to remove plastic shield over brake lines?

2006 Hyundai Sonata 3.3

I see a few metal strips with nuts and a rubber nipple in the middle of the strip that apparently hold the shield. I removed the nut and the plastic shield bends down a bit but the lines are attached somehow. This is under drivers seat area.

Does the metal strip separate from the plastic shield?

Also below the metal strip in the pic there are 4 rivets or something. Do those need to be removed?

Have the workshop manual but there is nothing about removing the shield.

On my Honda, the brake lines were retained to the shield so they wouldn’t rub from vibration and leak. I broke a couple of the retaining clips while removing the shield.

Looking at yours, you might try taking something like a screwdriver and push up on the brake lines where the holes are while pulling the shield down to see if the brake lines pop out of the shield.
