Two 12 ounce cans of R-134A would be about right.
You can find this information in your owners manual as well as the label under the hood (if it’s still readable after 16 years). As @Nevada_545 pointed out, your truck uses R-134A, not Freon. Make sure you use the correct refrigerant.
