So I got the car back and it drives straight and true. I suppose many cop caprices experience much worse back in the 80s and 90s on patrol.
I will closely monitor for odd tire wear but will continue to “rough ride” “play COPS” or “whip shitties” in my car no matter how much it upsets people.

I upset no one, there was no one around to upset. I live in a very rural area.
You may want to stock up on rims, tires, tie rods, etc
I have started stocking up on parts several years ago. I remember when these were plentiful in junkyards, I wish I had thought to stockpile parts and save a few back then.
I have several spare rims. Are cop rims heavier duty? I rather would have one bend and take the brunt of the impact though

I do COPS style driving in an isolated area ehere theres no people. I hit the curb in a boat ramp area, no one was there. No one was around to even hear it.
It got away from me, it really did, I hitt that curb hard and it has shown my reflexes are not what they were 30 years ago. But I can still wheel the old boat around just fine! I was driving past an old frirbds house and decided to hot dog around the corner to put on a bit of a show for him amd he lster told me I just about had it up on 2 wheels! I held that line perfectly
I never had formal training however I have read the Bob Bondurant book and have been hooning for over 30 years!

Oh the hijinks I used to pull. I had a 75 Dodge b100 van, no power steering or power brakes. The rear line blew out and I had plugged the rear line to get me by. With those self energizing strong front drums you really didn’t need rears much. I was coming down a laneway and blew a front line snd it sent me into a tree! Oh it was a spectacle. This was in the 90s. We had a grand time for sure.
Yes, hitting a tree is what most folks would consider to be A Grand Time.
Someone has been watching too much TV, some states don’t even allow car chases, I have never seen a real life Leo driving like you are talking about, heck even all of the REAL life cop shows such as Live PD and COPs don’t even drive like that most of the time, and when they do they are in control of the vehicle, nothing like you are talking about… Way to much liability…
I’m not saying not to have fun in your vehicle when in a safe place, just don’t blame it on cops driving… lol
